Xpercom (Granite database) SME for Charlotte NC organization. Completed database transition and training for operations employees. Provided network engineering and provisioning as required by management. Project Managed new market acquisition providing required transport connectivity and interconnection; project deemed as the most successful market conversion in history of Verizon Wireless by corporate personnel. This was for the acquisition of RSA15, 89 cell sites, 20,000 subscribers over 2 major trunk groups, single-handedly organized and conducted the cutover in 48 hours. This included all new access orders for facilities to the cell sites, transition of all power and invoicing, NXX rehomes and proper coordination with RF Engineering.

Provisioned multi-platform "VINA" units meeting customer needs for DS0, DS1, and Internet needs. This included provisioning in the Tellabs DACCS, Nortel DMS and data circuits (Vlinks). This was a project to close out open orders in preparation for Intermedia's acquisition by MCI.

Working multiple projects providing network inventory, conducting pricing reviews, recommending new network strategies to lower costs.

Began as a secretary to the Network Manager, took 500+ telecom bills, loaded them in a database, audited each one with engineers, self-taught my way into the coordinator position. Conducted cost control initiatives and variance analysis resulting in multi-million dollar savings in mitigating access billing errors. Participated in Interconnect contract negotiations. Controlled switch capacity management activities. Learned and maintained switch least cost routing translations on EMX2000 including NPA/NXX code administration. Participated in cell site builds, war room activities, site walks, keeping construction, power and telco orders on schedule for buildout of over 200 cell sites.
