Received, Designed and Scrubbed high speed internet orders to include DS1’s, DS3’s and Optical circuits for Domestic and International customers. Once the circuit is designed, submitted ASR’s to LEC (Local Exchange Carriers), CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carriers) and Long Haul Providers. Updated orders with FOC’s (Firm Order Confirmation) once orders are received and reviewed by the LEC, CLEC or Long Haul Provider.Received and applied DLR (Design Layout Record) information to design our internal CLR (Circuit Layout Record) Once the design was completed with the CLR information, issued the CLR to the respective sights with the tie down, port and broadband information.Once circuit was wired, set up end to end testing between the sites and the customer to ensure error free testing and contacted the LEC, CLEC or Long Haul Provider involved if needed.Closed orders once end to end testing was performed successfully
