Research, development and production of new commercialized diagnostic kits for the rapid and easy detection of “small size” residues (antibiotics, adulterations, …) in food and feed products at concentration relevant for European Authorities (food safety legislations) and industries:• Project and product management• Antibody / aptamer / receptor-based multiplex dipsticks development (indirect competitive inhibition immunochromatographic assays); Development of simplified and generic antibiotics residues extraction protocols for different matrices (animal tissues, honey, milk); Participation in dipstick optical reader and algorithms optimizations; Scientific abstracts / posters redaction and oral presentations in international congresses
