• Looking after:o Logistics operations of 6000 Sq. meter warehouse including daily operations, labour, productivity and budget reviews material handling/space analyses and hardware/software needso $46 million annual.
• Coordinated multi-million dollar shipments & incoming orders from USA, Asia and Europe within time constraintso Monthly sales forecasts for 5000 SKU’s and manage inventory worth $9,000,000o Senior sales for assuring.
• Facilitated warehouse site selection, capacity analysis, equipment selection, staffing, 3PL & freight vendor selection, systems implementation, inventory planning, determination of KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Developed SOP and conducted Quality Audit on Business processes of various departments as a part of the Quality Audit process. Conducted 5s Audits at the warehouse and office as part of the Lean process management.
• Subcontract Management program developed to induct new subcontractors into the existing contractor base.
• Negotiated and Standardized global Freight agreement which resulted in annual freight reduction of 10%.

• Managed multiple warehouses of 15,000 Square meter and retail distribution in Qatar for the biggest FMCG distributor in the country
• Served as a Senior Management Executive and supervised a team of multicultural work force with full responsibility for operations & distribution of FMCG products including Nestle, Proctor & Gamble, Gillette, Braun.
• Provided annual warehouse & distribution budget of $1M and leadership to distribution /transportation team of 126 staff and for a fleet of 50 trucks for maximum fleet utilization
• Motivated, trained and led a team of over 100 staff with a team of 4 first line managers for executing operations, strategies and other corporate transportation initiatesHighlights:
