Led the development team using Scrum and open-source CI/CD tools to implement the solution.Created the Enterprise architecture for Mattersight’s highly scalable call routing solution and call recording solution, as well as new telephony integrations to Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Amazon Connect, Nice/InContact, and Interactive Intelligence products. Served as a Core Asset Lead. Responsible for overall quality of software for approximately one million lines of C# code. Duties included build health, merging, and code reviews for adherence to SOLID OO principles.Managed twenty-four software developers and four software leads. Responsibilities included mentoring of the software leads, task balancing across the teams, build schedule, and delivery schedule.Served as a software lead for a team of six developers. The team used a scrum-like development methodology that included a product backlog, sprint backlog, story point estimation, daily stand-up meetings, pair programming, test-driven development, and continuous integration. Wrote and reviewed C# code with each developer on the team.

Co-designed and co-developed a method of generating source code for C++, Java, and C# from an XML Schema using XSL Transformations, Java, and pair-programming.Wrote the software for a dual channel digital video recorder in C++ and later ported it to C#.Wrote a dual controller application in C# to allow for synchronous playback of two MPEG2 files.
