-Manager of the Mass Mutual Pittsburgh Ice Rink at PPG Place (Assistant GM)(Seasonal)-Mix of Administrative and Operational management for the seasonal attraction that generates over 1M in revenue, and employs over 100 local residents. -Administrative work: daily revenue reports, daily incident reports, payroll, scheduling, staffing (interview/hiring process), supply inventory, tax forms, booking parties, ect.-Operational work: directing/supervising employees, ice maintenance & re-surfacing (Zamboni, edging, patching, ect), and assisting customers and staff as needed.

-Responsible for the supervision the Cambria County War Memorial Arena, employees, guests, and third parties during events and setup.-Operation of Zamboni ice resurfacer and media video scoreboard

-Organized fundraising opportunities and created partnerships with local groups, churches, schools, and youth organizations.-Helped raise over $20,000 to benefit local organizations by setting up the 50/50 raffle through Pointstreak (which I became familiar with while working for the Steelers). Tomahawks used the old fashion rip raffle tickets the season before I arrived.

-Performed various game day operations-Assisted Front Office with event planning, marketing, promotion strategies, Public Relations, press releases, fundraising, group ticket promotion, sponsorship sales, and social media.

Raised approximately $2,000 each home game, by encouraging fans to participate in the 50/50 Steelers Charity raffle, which benefits local charity organizations.
