Current-Implements full IT Service Management for the business including IT best practices and aligning our policies and procedures with our regulatory and IT Compliance goals.-Implemented and run Internal Audit program in accordance with compliance efforts across the business.-Develop and manage IT, InfoSec, Privacy, Compliance and Corporate policies and procedures.-Coordinate the review, approvals and communication of policies and procedures across the business.-Develop and document policies and procedures that are consistent with Zotec’sInformation Security policies to ensure all compliance control statement requirements arecovered.-Drive continuous improvement in control compliance and documentation.-Collaborate with InfoSec, TechOps, Service Desk, Application, Database, DevOps andother IT, Operations, Compliance teams.-Provide support in the Risk Register process to identify and mitigate risks across the business.-Create and maintain network and system architecture Visio diagrams.-Coordinate documentation requirements and requests for external audits.-Provide updates and report on compliance efforts to executive level management.
