My duties for EBI gradually grew from primarily conducting Phase II ESA field work and report writing, to full scale project management. My project management duties included oversight of junior level field staff and subcontractors, preparing proposals and project budgets, frequent communication with clients, report review, etc... The Phase II activities I conducted and supervised included collection of soil, soil vapor, groundwater, and indoor air samples at sites including dry cleaners, gas stations, industrial properties, apartment complexes, etc... The projects I managed were located at properties throughout the United States.In addition, I have also been tasked with writing and reviewing Phase I ESA reports and conducting limited asbestos and lead-based paint surveys in support of Environmental Health and Safety programs for cell tower and industrial property clients.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

My duties for Dominion primarily included asbestos surveys, abatement oversight and report writing. In addition, I was also tasked with writing Phase I ESAs, oversight of UST removal and closure and working on bid packages to apply for government contract work for Arizona city and county governments.

My duties for ATC Associates primarily included production of high quality Phase I ESA, NEPA and/or Section 106 reports for projects located in Arizona, California, Michigan, New Mexico and Texas.In addition, I was also tasked with writing and submitting proposals to clients, occasional oversight of technical staff (including report review), geotechnical drilling and soil logging, oversight of Phase II investigations, asbestos surveys and quarterly and semi-annual groundwater monitoring at gas stations throughout Arizona.

My duties for Four Corners primarily included production of high quality Phase I ESA reports for projects located in Arizona.In addition, I was also tasked with occasional oversight of technical staff (including report review), oversight of Phase II investigations, oversight of a large scale Phase III remediation project (remediation of lead contaminated soil at a former shooting range), oversight of UST removal and closure, asbestos surveys and abatement oversight, Non-Title V Air Quality permitting, emissions inventories and quarterly and semi-annual groundwater monitoring at a landfill.

My duties for Ninyo & Moore primarily included production of high quality Phase I ESA, Annual Environmental Audit and Transaction Screen reports for projects located in Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico and Texas.In addition, I was also tasked with oversight of Phase II investigations (includes work on the City of Phoenix Light Rail), oversight of UST removal and closure and asbestos/lead/mold surveys and abatement oversight.
