Seattle Stair Design presented me with the opportunity to hone my wood-working and installation skills, and gain further experience in the design, appraisal, and customer service/account management for clients and businesses we worked with.Main duties included:*Establishing and maintaining relationships with architects and homeowners to help aide in their decisions on unique stairs for their home ranging in price from 100k to 2 million dollars. *Constructed blueprints on AutoCAD for contractor and client presentations, as well as shop blueprints for the design and production of intricate and detailed staircases.*Successfully aided in the construction and installation of custom staircases with an ability to troubleshoot problems and complete jobs in a timely manner.*Provided precise measurements of workspaces for use in architectural blueprints, and calculated the rise and run of treads which helped architects to finalize their design, and facilitated the job appraisal process.*Established and maintained relationship with multiple vendors and suppliers for materials and outsourcing of particular types of metal and glass work. *Advanced knowledge of calculus, geometry, and algebra, with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Warmington & North introduced me to my passion for wood-working by presenting me with the opportunity to design and assemble furniture and cabinetry for some of the premier house renovation firms in the Seattle Area. Responsibilities included:*Establishing and maintaining relationships with premier building companies in NW, as well as homeowners to help exceed their expectations with the work we presented to them.*Aided in the fabrication of well-planned architectural blueprints that enabled the firm to create custom cabinetry.*Instrumental in helping to keep the company thriving through the implementation of a website, and new shop functions that increased productivity and revenue.
