Responsible for design and execution of methodology for all Comscore panels and enumeration surveys, budget management, coordination with Product/Commercial/Analytics/ProdOps/Engineering/Legal/InfoSec/Finance teams, and oversight of 35+ person org carrying out research in 20+ countries to support nine-figure revenue from industry-leading TV, Mobile, CTV, and Desktop audience measurement products.

Collaborated with senior leaders from Product/Operations/Commercial/Engineering/Analytics to design improved universe estimation methodology for Comscore TV products, adapting to foundational shifts in the Linear TV market and winning MRC accreditation. Re-designed and future-proofed Comscore's Mobile, CTV, and Desktop universe estimation methodologies to anticipate marketplace transformations and leverage evolving best practices for survey research. Managed budget and vendor relationships for all related studies and data partnerships.

Directed team performing monthly survey research in support of Plan Metrix product, measuring consumer behaviors and preferences, as well as for Comscore's MobiLens product, measuring smartphone and tablet usage. Led initiative to synthesize MobiLens survey data with MediaMetrix and MobileMetrix panel data. Directed localization efforts and launches of International reporting by conducting on-site research. Developed and executed data quality assurance procedures for AdRelevance, an online ad tracking service, from its inception as a Seattle startup through its acquisition by Nielsen Media Research, ensuring proper integration of proprietary in-house ad tracking technology with Nielsen NetRatings web traffic. Managed team of QA Analysts and coordinated with Engineering to roll out scheduled product enhancements enabling reporting of impressions, spending, demographics, rich media campaigns, etc.
