In my thirty years of working in emergency response, hazardous materials remediation, labor relations, and education I bring a unique perspective to training both through lecture and hands on training. I bring a real life perspective to industry cultivating a safe work environment based on past experiences, but am always mindful production is what keeps people employed and pays the bills. This allows me to keep a clear focus on a companies bottom line by introducing successful management practices that create employee buy in, reducing costly injuries, and down time. In turn this creates a culture that focuses on both the employee and co-workers watching each other, preventing time loss injuries and loss of production. I am very familiar with OSHA, ANSI, DOT, NFPA, DOL, NIMS, and EPA regulations and am often told that my students enjoy the training because the approach is based on a real life situations which results in a high retention levels.
