Assisted in the implementation of HR Service Centers and services to support administrative transactional work with the implementation of employee and manager self-service models. Chad worked to migrate infrastructure, redesign the ETL structure and created new data driven pipelines feeding dashboards that provide the foundation for Data Engineers, Data Scientists and BI consultants to deliver digital insights and tools for 7000+ decision makers globally.TE’s legacy systems caused significant employee dissatisfaction at a global scale. Chad redefined the service platforms by introducing automation via self service applications, digitized workflows and data pipelines resulting in 15% eNPS and significant decrease in cost-to-serve.

Armstrong’s legacy codebase was large and unsightly. Due to the split of Armstrong Ceiling and Armstrong Flooring there was a need to split the entirety of the infrastructure as well. Chad worked to re-build the backend services utilizing the Java/Spring framework. With new services and new code comes new bugs. Chad worked at the forefront of the service team to provide timely turnarounds for feature enhancements and bugs.Assisted with building Flagger Force’s Fleet Tracking System utilizing location services. This enabled managers and dispatchers the ability to track and manage fleets in a real-time basis using GPS monitoring within the assets. This improved the scheduling and routing of the fleets.Produced an amortization schedule for Mid Atlantic Farm Credit, which allowed the bank to process loan estimates and costs accordingly improving the load times of the service by 40%.
