Previously employed as the operations manager for I Love Sugar, I was responsible for overseeing the daily operational needs of the store, ensuring all customers have an exceptional experience the highest level of customer service possible. My other responsibilities included hiring and training new staff members, maximizing staff potential, efficiently leading all staff members during business hours in an incredibly popular tourist area. Previously worked in visitor services and as a docent for the Binghamton Zoo. While here I was responsible for ensuring all guest had an enjoyable and educational experience while visiting the facility and viewing the animals on exhibit. Academically, working towards a Bachelors Degree in Biology. I have gained an in-depth understanding of protocols and procedures in both biology and chemistry laboratory settings. As well as a comprehensive understanding of biological, chemical theories, principal concepts, and fundamental ideas within the natural sciences.
