We provide real time market accurate advice in a world that has changed drastically in the past five years.We provide market analysis, location intelligence, benchmarking, data analytics, cost estimating and QS services, change order management, estimate validation, value engineering and reconciliation or negotiation of contractor estimates.I have 27+ years experience in Cost Estimating and Project Management, am LEED-AP accredited, have been a certified professional estimator (CPE) and was the 2012 President of ASPE Viking Chapter #39.
