- Responsible for quality service of all Hologic products and for customer satisfaction within a generally assigned geographical area.- Provide technical support for Hologic networked system projects (installations) by interfacing with customer’s IS department, Hologic Engineering, Technical Support and Customer Training.- Responsible for product support.

• Conducts advanced troubleshooting to repair, test and qualify instruments located throughout the United States.
• Factory Representative for problematic Customer Sites working directly with engineering for solutions and providing feedback for future releases.
• Provides 24/7 coverage to customers within 24 hours of notification.
• Documents repair/ resolution of customer calls in CRM system and escalates issues to management as needed.
• Works with Product Application Engineers to resolve quality issues and advise of issues and developments.
