I led and empowered a four person Human Resources team that was continuously recognized as the best in the 1,200 person parent organization.• Managed all unit personnel systems to include (but not limited to): evaluations, promotions, in/out-processing, financial queries, and assisted in the planning and execution of unit special events, fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives across the northwest Florida region. • Implemented Lean principles, throughout administrative processes, in order to eliminate variation and waste and increase overall proficiency in my department.
