If I had it all to do over again, I would do the exact same things. I feel very blessed to even have served in the United States Military as a tanker in the army. Once I decided to break away from other jobs and focus strictly on real estate, it was like God kissed me on the forehead. I took a break in 2006 to move to the greater Philadelphia area to flip houses. I partnered up with one of my Texas investors and was able to secure great properties in the city and surrounding suburbs and enjoy a revenue I never knew I could create. After a few years of flipping properties in the North East, I came back to West Texas to take care of my parents who were terminally ill. After getting their estate settled, I decided to re-enter the real estate profession and have rebuilt my client referral source with Godspeed. In March of this year, 2016, I opened up my own company, Permian Real Estate. I am very thankful to be so busy already, as of April, 2016.
