Identify areas of vulnerability and assist area leaders in developing corrective action plans.c. Identify and communicate areas of success; celebrate and encourage promotion of best practices.d. Review, assess, and work to revise relevant medical center policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation and professional standards.e. Recommend and/or develop new policies to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation and professional standards.3. Serves as the liaison to regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies.a. Provides documentation and other information as required or requested on time to assure compliance for regulating and accreditation agencies.b. Manage all agency site visits. c. Oversee the development of delivery and follow-up documentation (i.e. reports, plans, appeals, etc.)4. Provides consultation to all departments on the interpretation and application of TJC accreditation standards to maintain ongoing readiness.e. Oversee tracking database and staff to support Accreditation and Regulatory work.
