Working as a part of the Site Team, my job is to communicate GitHub’s mission, products, and value to the world. We design, build, and maintain an accessible web presence for GitHub that fosters both our business and our community, providing a delightful visual voice to authentically express GitHub’s culture and personality.

Worked with Designzillas on an account that focused on maintaining and adding features on a Ruby on Rails project. This short term contract involved support their team through code improvement and bug fixes

My role at Spoonflower has been constantly changing since the first day I was hired. Initially hired to do Flash work, I soon became a large-format printer. I began to take on Ruby on Rails in an effort to help develop my skills and continue a development role. As the company grew I took on more responsibilities from systems integration to research and development of new machines. Currently I do web development for the front and back end of the website. I also help with researching new methods of efficiency both with software and hardware. My role as a printer has become secondary but I still fill in during the busier weeks.
