Greater Omaha Area

Charged with the brewing company's overseeing daily services and financial operations, earning $7.5M in annual revenue. Oversee multiple services at both restaurant locations, including training, hiring, and other management functions. Additional responsibilities include mentoring and managing 150+ staff members in the restaurant, bakery, brewery, merchandise, and banquet rooms. This consists of three stories, three bars, four private dining areas, two dining rooms, and two outdoor seating areas.✔ Increased sales and profit percentage year over year through excellent staff training and cost controls.✔ Built a high-performing team that consistently achieves aggressive goals. ✔ Developed and implemented innovative strategies to continually improve sales.

Greater Omaha Area

Directed a restaurant's day-to-day financial and operational management, earning $2.8M annually. Accountable for recruiting, supervising, and training both managerial and service staff and overseeing regional marketing initiatives for Nebraska and Wisconsin. Managed purchasing, inventory, and scheduling while ensuring quality and cost control.✔ Administrated the Eagle Eye marketing program. ✔ Recipient of Rookie of the Year Award and promoted to General Manager within 12 months based on leadership, organizational, and performance successes.✔ Reduce costs below forecast and maintain expenditures at 60.5% of revenue, saving the company over $25K annually while managing 70 staff and creating and sustaining a very low 51% hourly and 9% administrative attrition rate.✔ Minimized losses due to planned and emergency repairs, including $48K of storm damage resulting in an extremely short three-day closure, enabling business to continue to serve up to 3,400 guests per week.✔ Oversaw management training program to orient and develop new staff to achieve productivity goals quickly.

Charged with organizing newly opened restaurant operations and staffing as well as assisting with launch of second restaurant. Strengthened team through strong leadership and supervised, trained, and mentored staff for both restaurants. Developed and executed local marketing program to boost sales growth and community presence. Planned and coordinated with contractors for material orders and installation in new location.✔ Increased weekly sales 15% by enhancing service delivery, operational quality, and overall consistency.✔ Recruited and developed successful administrative team and effectively supervised a full and part-time staff of up to 60 associates. ✔ Beat cost goal by operating below forecast resulting in an additional $6K in savings while driving $1,5M in revenue for startup operation.
