I began my career in the electrical field at the age of 9, working as a shop assistant for my father's company. By the time I was 14, I was gaining hands-on experience in residential work full-time during summer breaks. After graduating high school, I advanced to working on government facilities, undertaking projects such as wiring computer rooms, installing generators and switchgear, and handling ground-up new building wiring, additions, and renovations.To further my expertise, I enrolled in the Harford Community Electrical Apprenticeship Program, earning my Electrical Journeyman License after four years. At 24, I achieved my Electrical Master's License through rigorous testing in Baltimore County. In 2005, I became a certified Electrical/Mechanical Estimator with RS Means, and obtained several other certifications including Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management, UXO Awareness, Lock-out Tag-out, Hazardous Materials, PPE, Scaffolding, and Confined Spaces.In April 2011, encouraged by my wife and a significant mentor, I founded Freeland Electric LLC. In just nine years, Freeland Electric has grown into a thriving business with annual revenues exceeding $2 million. My passion for entrepreneurship has driven me to enjoy and excel in building a successful company.In 2019, I co-founded Peoples Lifting Specialists (PLS), providing the initial financial backing and overseeing executive operations, while my partner focused on client development and field operations. Remarkably, PLS generated $500K in revenue within the first six months.
