I lead a team of associates to process a wide variety of goods in a quick and efficient way. As an Area Manager, customer obsession is at the forefront of my unique position. Whether it's developing a plan to get items shipped out on time, conducting daily meetings with my team, or creating a strong culture with associates, the customer is first and foremost why I do what I do! As an Ambassador, I personally trained over 30 newly hired associates, reported the productivity to my superiors, and constructed creative solutions and methods to ship items at a faster, more efficient rate. One example by coming up and implementing a method that raised the expected rate to 20% as a team in my respective department. As a packer myself, I also hold the building record for most items packed in an entire shift and hour.

For around 30 hours per week, my goal for each shift was to go beyond the "2nd Mile Service" Chick-Fil-A's employees are so passionate about. Typically, my days would start at opening the store by restocking any necessary products, unloading the truck, and prepping the food. As lunch neared, my role would usually change to outside order taking until my shift ended in the afternoon.

My third and most recent summer working at Camp Eagle. This job required me to lead the high school volunteer program known as "Service Team". For 3 times a day, a female co-leader and I would lead up to 30 high school volunteers to clean all dishes used at camp. In addition to the strenuous work in the dish room, other responsibilities included planning daily Bible studies, times to rest, and outdoor activities.

Earned the unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of how an outdoor adventure camp is run year round in the great state of Washington. Labeled as, "the hands and feet of camp", I would be in charge of delivering the best camp experience to guests on property. Ranging from planning a retreat, waking up early to prep meals for the 100's of guests, and even sending groups down a 300 foot long zip line (sometimes even in the pouring rain since it was Washington)!

My second summer at Camp Eagle working as a seasonal summer staffer. As a Program Head, my unique role involved building new cabins for the new Teen Camp program while ensuring that scheduled events and activities were carried out by counselors.

My first summer as a seasonal counselor. Job involved co-leading a group of 5-12 boys whose ages ranged from as young as 6 to as old as 15. On daily basis, my role was to lead my campers on outdoor activities such as: hikes, rock climbing, mountain biking, swimming, and more. In addition, I would lead the campers in a devotional with my co-leader as well as being responsible for any reasonable requests my campers for that week may have.
