Accounts Payable Analysts Role's Included: *Processing of Invoices through SAP for payment to suppliers. *Account resolutions - resolving long outstanding queries with suppliers regarding pricing/short supply/returns etc. *Preparation of creditors reconciliations & creditors ledger for payments. *Follow up on vendor queries and escalate when and if necessary to resolve outstanding issues.*Processing of invoices through validation for SAP programe.

Defleeting old and issuing new vehicles to internal stakeholders. Doing an inspection sheet of old units , noting all faults.*Used Units Inspection - Inspecting all units that are going to go on auction by filling in an inspection sheet - noting all faults/damages. Having an eye to detail is key in this function.*Applying/Issuing of new vehicle registration & license plates to new company fleet vehicles.*Police Clearances - Prepping all documentation required for police clearances. *Licensing /New Registrations - Prepping all documentation required for post office.
