Regional Vice President Of Property Management
CurrentProvide oversight of the day-to-day activities for the Texas portfolio, including property operations, marketing, training, technical services and compliance. Ensure that established financial performance targets are achieved or exceeded, assure compliance with all company policies and procedures and ensure quality delivery of services. Monitor expense controls and implements initiatives to achieve performance benchmarks for Operating Expenses. Establishes annual goals for maximizing property NOI, and cash flow. Conduct monthly financial reviews with Regional Property Managers, Regional Assistants and on-site Property Managers and addresses variances. Weekly reviews and approves capital improvement projects within budget parameters. Conducts site visits with team to make sure high standards are achieved. Develop and implements annual budget preparation process and approves annual budget for all properties. Serves as a team member by providing assistance and feedback on the marketability and management of new construction assets. Recruit, select, train, supervise, and counsel management staff in accordance with company policy and guidelines. Establish and oversee policies for property operations. Reviews and approves expenses and reimbursables for regional property managers and ensures company policies are enforced at all levels. Conducts periodic staff meetings with management staff to address property performance, policy issues and other corporate business. Coordinate with vendors to set up better pricing and contracting terms where appropriate. Effectively lead and work in a collaborative manner with different work groups throughout F&C, including but not limited to Accounting, Development, Legal, Construction, Finance and Human Resources.
