Assist/backup the Division Controller with Accounting activities for the department. Support the Accounting team during monthly, quarterly, and year end close while also acting as a liason between the Accounting team and the business. Assist with financial reporting to the department and parent bank. Process all aspects of servicing activities, including but not limited to, payment posting, restructures, charge offs, and contract terminations in the Lease/Loan operating system. Independently calculate payoffs for loans and leases, including more complex leases. Responsible for assisting with all aspects related to sales/use tax and personal property tax. Audit transactions for proper classification and accuracy prior to booking and restructuring in the Lease/Loan operating system.
