The Client Invoicing Associate is responsible for all aspects of our client’s deliverables that support the ongoing client experience relating to the provision of client invoicing solutions and superior client service. The Associate covers the full invoicing lifecycle - from onboarding (implementation and maintenance), through to the creation and distribution of an invoice, and subsequent management and collection of debt. Client Invoicing forms a critical servicing function within the Client Experience Operations organization which also includes Client Reporting, Portfolio Data Delivery & Document Governance, and Due Diligence Operations.

Service a portfolio of clients, which include loan funds, money market programs and other areas of loans and debt servicing. Liaise with clients, agents, front office desks, accounting teams to ensure consistently correct positions and accurate representation in all reports and systems. Produce and send agreed reports to the client and fund administrator, working with strict daily timelines. Deliver Collateral Administration services and monitor borrowing base and waterfall calculations in order to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with industry timeframes for the life cycle of securities and all associated cash flows with clients, broker/dealers and DTCC. Process daily issuances, redemptions, interest payments and any incidental events related to money market instruments, standalone and private placement issues using dedicated systems.
