•Work directly with the PES Team, Field Technicians, Marketing Equipment Supervisors, and Marketing Equipment Managers•Use continuous dispatch (Click Software) to ensure that a balance between customer response time windows are met and cost/productivity targets are achieved•Coordinated multiple constituencies for optimum customer service•Co-manage the California/LasVegas Market
