I have followed my dream of entrepreneurship and started RIC. We are a residential redevelopment and construction company. We are primarily a real estate investment company with a construction company to do the build outs. Our focus is in residential investments of all types and provide avenues for real estate investments, whether that is long or short term is up to the individual investor. Our parallel goal is to purchase and hold real estate and establish a healthy profile in Pierce County. We are here to compete!!!I invest in communities that need some redevelopment, invest capital, renovate if needed, add projects to my portfolio for retirement, and then I can farm them for capital. This in turn will fund my retirement and this is the business model to fund my life style. My main focus is to produce projects that allow families that are a little outside the capabilities of standard financing practices which disqualify them for standard loans. My focus is to provide avenues to home ownership for those that are left on the outside and in doing so I am the beneficiary of long term investments (emotional, financial, and social economic).
