My responsibility is to enhance the cybersecurity measures related to the confidentiality and integrity of the assigned Business Solution Area (BSA). This involves identifying, documenting, communicating, and reporting any cyber risks that may arise. I provide valuable insights to assist the BSA leader in effectively managing risks by promptly communicating and tracking relevant metrics. Additionally, I serve as a liaison between the IRM capability efforts and the BSA, ensuring the implementation of this capability within the BSA. I collaborate with the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) to oversee Incident Response and Privacy events within the BSA. Furthermore, I conduct Risk Assessments of the technology and processes utilized by the area, which helps in identifying potential risk areas and areas of success.

I have moved into a role in Information Risk Management to manage the Security Validation for Nationwide. I have begun working on building security baseline tests and gathering results to know our security footprint and measure our progress as we continue to improve security.I am managing the tool and vendor relation. I am building the operational model to manage the use of the current tool, Mandiant Security Validation, and the method to address finding.

Created position/managed role of Solution Engineer working with the Associate Wellness Team of registered nurses to select, test, and support ergonomic/ADA assistive technologies and workspace accommodations for associates with disabilities.
