CurrentMy job starts before we even insulate any home / commercial building or whatever it is were asked to insulate is sealed properly. I walk the projects with the builders and make sure they understand the envelope of their project and the best practice needed for their project. Scheduling crews everyday and making sure their equipment is fully functional. I make sure the crews have the necessary equipment and materials needed to complete the job. I walk the jobs with my crews and make sure they understand the job at hand. After the crew completes the job I make sure its completed 100% On Time , Done Right , Left Clean
