Serve as labor management system administrator for the entire distribution center network.ACHIEVEMENTS:•Design and project management of conveyor sortation, workstation, software, and processes required to incorporate direct to consumer e-commerce order processing into existing distribution center operations.•Served as lead data analyst and key member of the material handling and WMS design teams for the development of a new 900,000 sq.ft. distribution center. Also served as lead engineer in the commissioning of pick-to-light, voice picking, conveyor, and sortation systems.•Implemented multi-variable standards for several functions, resulting in productivity increase of approximately 10%.•Created engineered standard based staffing tools used to predict daily staffing requirements for more than 1,200 production associates across multiple shifts in one distribution center, and 600 associates each in another two centers.
