I originated mortgages of all types, Conventional, FHA, VA, Rural Development, etc. I used multiple lenders to meet the needs of my mortgage clients. Advantage Financial was bought by SouthEast Bank who is my current employer.

I worked as a Project Assistant for EMJ Corporation, General Contractor. As a Project Assistant with this top 100 National General Contractor, my primary responsibilities included creating budgets, locating subcontractors for all scopes of the projects, ensuring that those contractors had all the information they needed to bid on the projects, evaluate the bids to determine the most qualified bidders for the projects, write contracts and meet with contractors to negotiate contracts, evaluate, price and write change orders, and manage job monies within accounting software. These responsibilities were for commercial construction projects ranging from $100,000 in value up to $100,000,000 plus in value. I was laid-off from this job along with 45 other people on January 30, 2009, due to company downsizing.

I worked as the Assistant Administrator and Wellness Director for Fertility Center, LLC. As the Assistant Administrator, I managed all duties related to payables, payroll, payroll liabilities, budgeting, bank deposits and reconciliation using QuickBooks Pro. I also managed all required correspondence with vendors, and state and federal agencies. My responsibilities also included team building, policy development, management of 27 staff members, and the management and scheduling of the staffs paid time off and vacation time. Another responsibility I had was assisting the marketing and sales program which included visiting medical offices to develop relationships and new leads for the practice. As the Wellness Director, I met with patients giving them guidance on health issues, most specifically issues pertaining to diet and weight loss. Due to a string of unfortunate financial circumstances unrelated to my specific job, I was one of 10 employees that were laid off in a downsizing move.

I was one third owner of First Choice Transport Service, LLC. I managed all of the business/office related needs from business start on. My responsibilities included the generation of sales leads and marketing the business, filing and maintenance of all state and federal licenses, filing and maintenance of all Department of Transportation related licenses and paperwork, acquiring high risk transport insurance and the maintenance of safety related issues pertaining to insurance issues, hiring of drivers, maintenance of all state and federal driver required paperwork including logs, setting up and maintaining International Fuel Tax Agreement, all duties related to accounts receivables, payables, payroll, payroll liabilities, budgeting, bank deposits and reconciliation, all correspondence with vendors and state and federal agencies, driver management, team building, policy development, and scheduling of driver loads for six drivers. During this time I maintained a clean driving record for myself while using my Class A Commercial Drivers License with doubles/triples, tankers, and passenger endorsements. I sold my share of the company to join Fertility Center, LLC.
