About Chad Pearson

Chad started his sales career with Yellow Pages of Kentucky in 2000. As an Account Executive he quickly learned sales techniques that led him to be the highest producing sales rep in the state in 2004. He eventually went on to become the VP of Sales and develop the sales playbook and coaching and development guides that were used until the company was dissolved in 2009. Following that career Chad joined HSBC in 2009 leading a team of Consumer Lending-Default collection representatives. The team went from being ranked 64th of 68 teams in North America to 21st of 68 in just 12 months. For this performance Chad was recognized with the North America Leadership Medallion, the highest award presented to employees of the organization.Next his career shifted to technology with Bluegrass Cellular in 2011 who was later acquired by Verizon in 2021. As the Direct Sales Manager of the Southern Kentucky market he lead an outside sales team of 8-12 B2B Wireless Sales Consultants and Major Account Representatives. As a servant leader his passion is the growth and development of his teams. Creating and coaching to behaviors that drive profitable growth along with having accountability to those behaviors has led to impressive results and transformation of teams during his career. This was highlighted by a stellar performance of 237% quota in 2020 despite challenges presented to the team with Covid-19. Chad's team also sold the largest deal in Bluegrass Cellular company history that year. Chad was also recognized as Leader of the Year by the organization in 2015.When he learned of his position being dissolved with Verizon due to acquisition Chad searched for an organization with a strong purpose and values based leadership that’s focus was customer and employee centric. That led him to Truist where his wife Brenda has been a part of the organization since 1996 celebrating 25 years this year. Chad joined the team as the Branch Leader II for the Glasgow-Bowling Green ByPass Branch. Chad's leadership and community involvement during his time in Kentucky has been highlighted by graduating two Chamber of Commerce leadership programs and being recognized by the Governor of Kentucky as an honorable Kentucky Colonel. Chad has been recognized on the floor of the Kentucky Senate and House of Representatives for his leadership and volunteer efforts. He has worked with many community leaders as a brand ambassador for the organizations he’s represented speaking at many community events and banquets.
