Actively participated in group efforts to secure significant investments to help with business growth plans. Secured and managed operations on multiple projects in North America, Caribbean, North Sea and South America.Managed large high-profile project in Norway with zero lost time on over 30 wells.Managed new technology manufacturing, testing and market deployment of milling tool.

Responsible for starting up operations in the Americas. Launching new product lines for our Down Hole Video and Engineering Groups. Implementing a business development plan for North America.
