After his father retired, Chad launched Ray Design Co., successfully taking on various projects and collaborating with Jonathan on commercial installs. His expertise caught the attention of a national commercial contractor, leading him to open and lead a regional office in Indiana as Regional Director, where he built a team and managed projects nationwide.With over 15 years in both residential and commercial construction, Chad is known for going the extra mile to deliver exceptional results.Outside of work, Chad is all about the outdoors—whether it’s fishing, hunting, camping, or enjoying a bonfire with his family. He and his wife Chelsy have four kids, and their family is actively involved in their church and children’s theater productions.Chad’s vision for CRU is to grow and become a nationally recognized general contractor while also being a household name known for making a positive impact on the local community where he lives and works.
