About Chad Rupert

From a POS system user to owning the POS system product integration strategy. It all began with an internship at RCA Records in Hollywood, CA – a promising post-college job in the music industry that ended quickly with the rise of Napster. Armed with a fancy college degree, I worked as a bartender, where I met a contact at MICROS which led me to the start of my restaurant technology career.I’ve held various roles, including Implementation Manager, Sales Engineer, Principal Sales Consultant, Principal Solution Manager, and most recently, Director of Marketplace Product Management. As a product leader, I am driven by solving customer problems with innovative solutions. My work in partnership roles allows collaboration to deliver these products that bring value to the companies I work for and our partners. At Shift4 Payments, we saw a 300% increase in integrated partners and a 337% increase in partner app installations.I am a skilled mentor and leader, passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
