• Provide first tier technical support for USF Health faculty, staff and students.• Responsible for help desk calls and remote support through Windows RDP and Bomgar.• Responsible for desktop imaging, virus scanning, hardware replacement.

• Provide tech support for Dell’s government, small, medium and corporate business segments. • Troubleshoot issues with: OS, Drivers, LAN/WLAN configuration, MS Office, Virus Removal.
