Oversee and direct GM’s performance; coach the coach to lead a healthy sales culture and store operations for 5 stores• Utilize metric reporting to integrate solutions to the business and pivot strategically• Partner with internal customers and vendors to successfully open 2 brand new retail “experience” locations• Reconcile daily sales while maintaining detailed operational records• Responsible for handling and resolving customer escalations, preparing deposits and upholding retail standards• Develop in-store motivational tools to assist in staff development• Coach, develop and motivate employees to improve performance and attain stretch targets• Work directly with HR to handle employee concerns, FMLA, ADA, and all accountability paths • Drive daily performance and oversee detailed operations that enhance customer experience such as adequate headcount, modifications of existing retail layouts and restructuring of management hierarchy • Adaptable to the constant changes in the business, market conditions all while focusing on constant improvement • Awarded the yearly Missions and Values Performance (MVP) Award in recognition of outstanding performance, significant contribution to the organization, and demonstration of traits that exemplify a commitment to Spectrum (Time Warner Cable’s) Mission and Values.

Youth Go, Inc. is a non-profit youth drop-in center that was founded in 1969 by youth and supportive adults looking for a safe gathering place. Located on the border of Neenah and Menasha, Wisconsin, we are committed to making a lasting and positive difference in the lives of youth.Through our no-cost Recreation, Education, and Support and Wellness Programming, Youth Go strives to provide underserved and at-risk youth in grades 5 through 12 with opportunities to do well in school, develop as individuals and prepare for their next step in life. We hope that through participation in programming, youth can learn about themselves, develop positive relationships with peers and adults, grow through their experiences, express their creativity, and cultivate their skills and potential in a safe and supportive environment. We want to provide youth with a place where they feel like they belong, accept them for who they are and where they are at, and make them feel cared about.Youth Go is attended by youth of all family, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, and the diversity among participants makes the center a very unique place. A special emphasis is placed on recruiting youth who are underserved by traditional after-school activities or who are “in most need” of our services

Manage the Appleton store’s resources and assets to ensure successful business continuity, growth, and profitability.
