*Maintain clear and concise lines of communication with multiple international locations to ensure timely development of new products

*Provide overall product development for both creation of new products as well as innovation to existing products including, but not limited to jewelry, accessory, and loss prevention packaging *Determine feasibility of designs considering costs, time limitations, and other technical factors*Design processes and tooling for new product manufacturing*Consistently aided in hitting and exceeding company wide sales quarterly goals*Provides additional support as needed to Sales, Customer Service, Art, Purchasing and Production departments*Participated in intensive hands on training program focused on learning the full life cycle of products in a manufacturing plant

*Aiding in receiving and processing of all merchandise and store supplies. * Responsible for distribution of supplies to all appropriate areas. * Responsible for packing and shipping of all outgoing merchandise and mail. * Responsible for scanning, packing and shipping of all damaged goods and merchandise designated to be returned to vendors.
