Increased opportunities by roughly 10% of contract goal.• On schedule start to a $500 million aviation program.• Successful yearlong pre-construction and procurement effort on a high-profile aviation program. This got the right information to the field effectively to eliminate rework. • 5,500+ cost items controlled within the change management procedures put in place. This effort ensured work in the field did not slow down and the project continued to move forward.• Closed out 140+ subcontracts and turned over five million square feet to the client.• Onboarded, transitioned, and migrated 100+ subcontracts from replaced general contractors by the Owner.
