Current• Reduction of driver acquisition costs by 42% • Restructured loading principals improving loading times, maximizing driver’s hours of service, increasing amount of loads per driver by 68%• Improved productivity by 30% from identifying issues, trouble shooting problems, forming teams and organizing a plan of addressing said discrepancies Oversee daily operations of the terminal needs to properly service our customers Managing 175+ employees, drivers, mechanics, dispatch team, dock/ warehouse team Meeting with the customer to ensure daily performance goals obtained Monitor and document individual and group goals of staff from previous day Work with shop, dock, dispatch managers to ensure accuracy and profitability of daily functions Review driver’s performance thresholds for coaching availability Financial functions and duties Review employee payroll of drivers, dock, office, shop personnel for accuracy Forward all finalized payroll to accounting departments at home office Collaborate week’s allowable charges and present all-inclusive invoice to the customer Evaluate assets current and needed to properly support the services of the customer Prepare and evaluate all P & L spreadsheets and documents and meet with department leads Prepare and follow budgetary guidelines for terminal performance thresholds
