My expertise in behavioral health and operations, bolstered by a background with a security clearance and military discipline, enables me to approach complex situations with a unique perspective, informed by over two years of leadership and wilderness medicine as a Park Ranger. I am committed to fostering an environment where safety and understanding coexist, reflecting the core values of our team.In my current role, I leverage my knowledge of human behavior and operational management to enhance the effectiveness of the Co-Responder model. Working closely with law enforcement, I apply my competencies in de-escalation and crisis intervention to steer individuals towards appropriate support services.
