My background consist of mortgage banking processing, real estate, accounting, and government work.My mortgage career started back in 1998, and I have 10 years experience in this field. I worked for JPMorgan Chase Bank from August 2005 through December 2008 in the wholesale mortgage processing division office in Tampa, FL, as Mortgage Coordinator. I worked closely with mortgage brokers, mortgage closers, and especially mortgage underwriters. I also have retail mortgage experience.I also have acquired 3 years of real estate experience, as a real estate coordinator. I worked with Asset Managers, real estate attorneys, and property preservation companies. I also managed and supervised evictions.My government experience is with the Small Business Administration both a government employee and as government contractor. My duties for government were approving, declining, and servicing small business loans for the covid pandemic. My background loan expertise spearheaded my duties and work enhancement for the Small Business Administration working with the Covid-19 crises. Reviewed and approved small business loans based off my proven background knowledge.My skills deal with tracking, monitoring, verification, research, customer service, coordinating, underwriting, and analysis.
