I represent a variety of clients including developers, property owners, and national and regional retailers in myriad real estate and business transactions.I often aid clients in the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, as well as retail, office and ground leases. I also facilitate transactions by reviewing and documenting due diligence investigations and drafting agreements that range from CC&R's to operating and partnership agreements.
