Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master
CurrentServe as a coach and mentor to other Project Managers/Scrum Masters Work closely with the Principle Project Manager/Scrum Master to ensure processes are optimized, improved, and refreshed on a regular and ongoing basis Consult and advise on highly complex projects as needed Serves as advisor to the project; compiles, evaluates, and analyzes information, and recommends and implements solutions; assures standard processes are strictly adhered to Establish a project management plan that is appropriately coordinated with enterprise level portfolio activities Establish a sound risk mitigation plan, which mitigates project risks and provides for special emphasis on service delivery/business processes Establish a comprehensive change/configuration management process applicable to each project Provides advice and consultation to team members on dispute resolution, performance issues, and the interpretation and correct application of policies and procedures. Lead one or more cross functional matrix teams assigned to various projects Communicate regularly with the Program Managers and stakeholders to ensure transparency regarding project issues, risks, decisions and status of the project Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout the life of the project Ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction, safety, security, quality and team performance metrics are being met Guiding the team on how to self-organize and plan work into enabling features and stories along program increments and sprints. Facilitating getting the work done, discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments Building a trusting and safe environment with an emphasis on problem solving Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
