Responsible for Middleware/Integration delivery and the overall strategy, capacity planning, and implementation of the technical landscape. Middleware applications include Tibco and WebMethods. As the Project Team Lead, responsible for our 90 day plan, day to day operational questions, and for ensuring our 12 team members meet project commitments.

Responsible for delivering data integrations into productions, providing support services on a 24x7 basis, leading the effort by working with rest of Application Integration Services (AIS) team and/or other Corporate IT service providers to resolve complex production issues. Further responsibilities include maintaining AIS infrastructures, initiating process improvement, coaching junior employees to gain AIS experiences and skills, managing AIS's internal projects, and being a key member for projects involving Business Units, Functions, and/or external customers. In addition to this job I'm also in the role of Customer Relationship Manager and manage small to medium projects.
