• Redefined the brand identity and restablished the print and web presence. As primary productdesigner I led the direction of the UI/UX of all internal and user-facing apps.Designed the following key features and products:
• Designed the order status feature that gave the ability for users track their orders.
• Created the delivery experience by defining the delivery order flow, adding address entry andverification, preparation type switching, and checkout.
• Redesigned the feedback feature and flow to be able to collect more data and concrete feedback from our users. Conducted and led user tests using rough interactive prototypes to test multiple UI/UX solutions and then.
• Responsible for designing RoadRunner, a task-by-task driver app that allowed us to send detailed pickup and delivery orders to runners/drivers. Created a flow that supported batched orders on a route with multiple.
• Collaborated with the growth team to create a daily deal and weekly email campaigns to feature a restaurant to order from to increase user growth, acquisition, and retention.
