Responible for Northwest Medical Center a 300 bed tertiary hospital with net revenue of $400 million and 1600 FTE’s. Northwest Medical Center provides accredited chest pain and heart failure programs, neurology and neurosurgery, medical imaging, a nationally accredited surgical weight loss program, total joint program, spine program and stroke center (distinguished by Joint Commission with Gold Seal designations), robotic surgery, GI lab, a free-standing women’s center, women’s imaging center of excellence, wound care center, Ambulatory Surgery Center, four urgent care facilities and a Freestanding Emergency Department.

Promoted to Vice President for Regional Hospital Operations for NGMC Barrow in Winder, GA, NGMC Lumpkin in Dahlonega, GA and our affiliation with Habersham Medical Center in Demorest, GA as well as Medical Imaging and Respiratory operations systemwide. • Medical Imaging includes four freestanding Imaging Centers in Gainesville, Braselton, Buford and Dawsonville.• Leading the acquisition of our affiliated campus.• Achieved Primary Stroke Center Certification for NGMC Barrow.

Responsible for leading the operations and growth strategy for a 56 bed hospital with 250 FTE's. Northeast Georgia Medical Center(NGMC) Barrow is part of Northeast Georgia Health System(NGHS) a not-for-profit community health system. NGMC Barrow was recognized in 2014 and 2015 by The Joint Commission as a top performer on key quality measures. NGMC Barrow specializes in Orthopedics, General Surgery and Otolaryngology and is a Stroke Designated Hospital. In addition to the hospital the campus also has a medical office building occupied by multispecialty groups and employs several primary care physicians with satellite clinics within Barrow County. Through a private public partnership we established a hospital based ambulance taking EMS calls in conjunction with county EMS service. NGMC Barrow was acquired from CHS in 2017.

Responsible for leading the operations and growth strategy for a 56 bed hospital with 250 FTE's. Barrow Regional Medical Center is part of Community Health Systems a for-profit hospital operator. Barrow Regional Medical Center was recognized in 2014 by The Joint Commission as a top performer on key quality measures. Barrow Regional Medical Center specializes in Orthopedics, General Surgery and Otolaryngology. In addition to the hospital the campus also has a medical office building occupied by multispecialty groups. Barrow Regional Medical Center also employs several primary care physicians with satellite clinics within Barrow County.

Led the operations and growth strategy for a 25 bed critical access hospital with net revenues of $39 million and 200 FTE’s. Plateau Medical Center (PMC) is part of Community Health Systems a for-profit hospital operator. PMC specializes in Orthopedics, General Surgery and Gastroenterology. PMC also manages Physician Clinics consisting of one full time and one half-time General Surgeon, Cardiologist, three Internal Medicine Physicians and three Family Practice Physicians. Plateau Medical Center was recognized by The Joint Commission as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures in 2012.

Led ancillary and clinical operations for two individually licensed acute care hositals, Banner Baywood Medical Center 340 beds and Banner Heart Hospital 111 beds on one campus. Responsibilies include Medical Imaging, Cardiopulmonary, Sleep Lab, Neurodiagnostics, Facilities, Environmental Services, Food Services, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Therapy, OP Wound Care, Ambulatory Care (Endoscopy, PICC, ATU) and Medication Management/Coumadin Clinic with approximalty 600 FTE's combined.

Led the daily operations for this 236 bed for profit hospital. Resposible for Imaging, Laboratory, Food Service, Facilities, Environmental Services, Security, Cardiopulmonary, OP Therapy/Wound Care and Risk Managment.
