Having spent 30-years developing his own franchise chains, with hundreds of franchise stores, consulting Franchisors and being on many of their Boards, training and lecturing on franchising at Universities and businesses, Chad has returned to his roots to "Pay It Forward" by donating about 15-hours a week to the industry that gave so much to him, by giving free franchise search and coaching advice to ordinary people wanting an insiders view on how to find the right franchise opportunity for them and also to those entrepreneurs wanting help and direction on franchising their proven but early stage concepts. After all he’s been through, Chad’s true satisfaction comes from seeing the numerous people he’s helped become wealthy and then finding and mentoring others, with those same passions and desires, to become the next successful franchisee and franchisor entrepreneurs.

* Innovated and launched a revolutionary photography retail concept producing “World’s Most Creative Children’s Portraits” into a creative store with retail merchandise.* In only 18 months, opened a chain of company owned retail stores/studios located in regional shopping malls in multiple states.* The First in the country to merge leading edge digital photography technology into the Internet, in real time, to generate e-commerce to complement the traditional brick-and-mortar retail revenue.

* Created a new vintage and hand-colored line of photography products that tied into a unique marketing program with national retailers such as Nordstrom’s, Dillard’s, Marshall Field’s and Gap.* Built the company to over 68 I.N.V.U. Portrait franchises covering 26 states becoming the world’s largest producer of vintage/hand-tinted portraiture. * Began a sister company, In-Vu Lab, that handled all portrait developing, hand-coloring, framing and shipping of products for thousands of customers across the country.

Co-founding partner and Board Member as he actively assisted his brother & partner, Kevin, in innovating and growing this mall based fast food specialty concept, called Nach-O Fast, to 65 franchise stores.

Chad developed and opened America's the first licensed vehicle products store selling branded hats, shirts, jackets, cars, trinkets and related automotive merchandise. In addition, he secured licenses from the automobile companies to manufacture and distribute the branded products nationwide. He took it to a successful exit in 1993.
