Discover Technology is a nonprofit education organization that brings high-tech hands-on experiences to elementary to high-school students in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. (STEM). Delivering through in-school assemblies and a revolutionary Mobile Discovery Lab platform of retrofitted transit busses, DT brings the experience to multiple schools a week, leveraging the investments of partners like Verizon, Micron, and the JA & Kathryn Albertson Foundation.As a part of the leadership team, my responsibilities includes the development and oversight of multiple mobile Tech Labs, preparation of STEM based curriculum for accreditation and student instruction, training of interns and staff, and delivery of Discover Technology instruction at assemblies, courses, camps and events. Responsible for the management and execution of all Family Ministry environments and events, as well as training and equipping of a staff of approximately 75 paid and volunteer personnel. Primary face of Family Ministries for Shannon Oaks Church, and primary communicator for parenting resources and partnerships. Family Ministries includes nursery, Elementary, Jr. High, High School, Parenting and Marriage environments as well as all special events for the same within Shannon Oaks Church.

Serve as the Director and Primary Communicator for a team of 50 volunteers, leading the weekly worship environment for children from Kindergarten to 5th grades. Also oversee baby dedications, children's baptisms, parental resource development, and our parents website SOCparents.com, where we partner with parents to help them lead their children into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Mission Media is a Christian Media Ministry that produces and promotes events, media, and publicity for the Christian Churches of the Treasure Valley, and 80 member association of Christian Churches.Responsibilities included volunteer recruitment and event planning for various community earned media events like the Grace Gift Parable, interfacing with local leaders, politicians, and the media.

Served as Assistant Youth Leader, facilitating youth meetings for young people ages 12-19. My wife and I also worked as counselors for several Christian Summer and Snow camps during this period, and left due to our move to Boise in January of 2005 with Tramark Networking.

Spec'd, ordered, and installed the first projection system and multi-media system for worship at Life, including the implementation of SongShow Plus software. I later trained the team that took over the system upon my family's move in January 2005.
